FlashBack !!!

This was a very last minute cake. But I find it very hard to say no to people especially when they sound like they want to make someone's day special. This was for a client’s uncle who was into 80’s rock records. So I piped a couple quotes around the cake and it came out awesome! The label reads the best of Willy’s youth! HAHA!

This was a fun cake to make! It was all buttercream and a frozen buttercream transfer for the logo! This cake went from LA all the way to San Diego! Quite a road trip.

Merry Christmas to all!!! I started this holiday season like I did last year by breaking out the Christmas tunes out on Nov. 1st . I can't help it! I love the whole season! So I've been baking holiday cupcake baskets and I decided to try making cake pops! They were super easy and tasted amazing.

Baby Einstein caterpillar for Diego!

So a client sent me a picture of a cake she liked for her son's first birthday and we made a few minor customizations and viola! The number one is a carved 1/2 sheet covered in bright green fondant. The cute little guy is cupcakes frosted and covered in different colored fondant.

I love love love this cake! Tony ordered this cake for his friend Bud's birthday and wanted an old microphone and music notes and I came up with this. The cake is chocolate with vanilla butter cream and the microphone is a red velvet cupcake covered in fondant with a fondant stand.
